Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Skyline Academy can be refunded within 05 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. 

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

Our 05-day policy

While our 05-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 05 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

If you are eligible for 05- day refund policy the candidate, get 95% amount of net amount. the payment done via original payment mode it will be reflected in account in 10 working days.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

(1)A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

(2) Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.

(3) Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.

(4) Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines. 

(5) We do not grant refunds for any Student membership or subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information). 

(6) Any Special Status courses (Engineering Subject) purchased during the offer period.

These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

SPECIAL Status / Tag Courses:

This offers only applicable on Engineering Subject Courses. If candidate is purchased any special tag course in offer duration, and they are participating in regular/remedial semester exam and after the declaration of result if they are failed in subject which they are purchase from us, from date of declaration of result within 10 days they will contact us, we will assure to give 50% money refund of total net amount.
